Tournament Format: 18 Holes, best ball format

Longest Drive, Closest to the pin, Putting Challenges

Dress Code:
The dress code requires that all players wear appropriate golf attire. Jeans, tearaways and track pants are not encouraged, shirts must have sleeves and proper shoes must be worn.
Outside Alcohol:
Royal Woodbine Golf Club(Including the golf course) is a licensed facility. It is against the Law for any individual to bring their own alcohol onto the property. Anyone found to be in possession of alcohol, not purchased from Royal Woodbine Golf Club will have their playing privileges revoked immediately.
Pace of Play
All players are required to maintain Royal Woodbine Golf Club pace of play guidelines. If a group is not able to keep pace, our Player Assistants will have the authority to move the groups in question back into position.
General Behavior
The management and staff of Royal Woodbine Golf Club wish that all of our guests have an enjoyable and fun day, however, we must insist that the code of conduct that has always been the backbone of the game of golf be adhered to while at our facility.
Time of Arrival
It is recommended that all players arrive at least 15 minutes prior to their tee time or 30 minutes before a shotgun start
Rain Check Policy
In the event that the weather interrupts the tournament and it is determined by the golf course that the event must be cancelled. Each player will receive a rain check(credit) to return for a future visit. Light rain or drizzle doesn't qualify for a rain check. It is recommended you bring an umbrella with you to stay comfortable during scattered showers.
