The Holly Jones Charity Golf Tournament with the support of Holly’s parents, Maria and George Stonehouse will be returning in 2026.  It is sponsored by the Toronto Police Service 11 Division and BGC Dovercourt Club (formerly Dovercourt Boys and Girls Club).

As part of the memorial to Holly Jones, who was tragically lost to her family and community at an early age, annually, the Holly Jones Toy Drive forms part of BGC Dovercourt’s Christmas Hamper Program.

Holly learned from her parents the importance of contributing to her community. She was also well-liked by teachers and emulated by her peers. The Charity Golf Tournament continues Holly’s efforts of embodying good work by providing support to the community.

In 2024, the tournament raised $20,000, with proceeds collected being donated to the BGC Dovercourt Club.  The money raised is utilized to purchase toys for the annual Holly Jones Christmas toy drive and a newly established Holly Jones scholarship fund.
